Mathieu Serradori losing ground

The third-placed driver in the general classification, Mathieu Serradori, has just gone through WP3, trailing Nasser Al-Attiyah by over 20 minutes. In contrast, the Frenchman’s teammate Yasir Seaidan is going toe to toe with the big guns, running just 43′ behind the leader at km 80.

Meanwhile, Yazeed Al-Rajhi is struggling in the first part of the special. The Saudi driver has screeched to a halt at km 30 due to a mechanical and has called upon his support crew.
