Lewis Hamilton opens up about mental health struggles

Six-time Formula-1 world champion Lewis Hamilton continues talking about his mental health, saying he “felt horrible” during Covid-19 pandemic.

“I’ve been training myself for the past few years now. It’s been such a challenge sometimes not the greatest, but I like having to find that self-motivation. I have days where I really can’t be bothered, that’s natural. With Covid, I‘ve been on and off. I’ve gone two weeks without training sometimes and felt horrible both mentally and physically”, in social media wrote L. Hamilton.
