Kris Meeke brings his experience to bear

An experienced WRC driver, Kris Meeke is leading the lightweight vehicle race at the first checkpoint.

The Brit, who was knocked out of contention for the podium by a mechanical 100 km before the finish on Thursday, leads Reinaldo Varela by 47′. Michał Goczał and Cristina Gutiérrez round off the top 4 just over a minute back. Meanwhile, the winner of the last stage, Seth Quintero, is already losing 3’30’.
