A South African duel for victory?


At 56 km from the finish, Brian Baragwanath has regained the upper hand over his countryman Giniel De Villiers. Stéphane Peterhansel is 5’25 behind the stage leader and twenty seconds ahead of Martin Prokop.

The two rivals Stéphane Peterhansel and Nasser Al-Attiyah have both just reached the finishing line of today’s special and the Toyota driver is still 2’ behind the Frenchman, for whom this looks like being a good day in general standings terms!
